Some Japanese customs – proper dressing

First of all you must rememeber that if you are to take part in some official meetings, etc., you should be dressed properly. Forget black and white ties. The first thing you will need is kimono. Once you have it, you can attend ceremonies and official meetings, go to the theatre, …

… go shopping ..

… have a nice walk with your parents …

…go with your Japanese friends to a serious-drinking party…

… but in such a case it might be not a bad idea to put on some additional equipment …

…cause if the party is really nice and you are unprepared, your house may be in a little bit different condition when the party is over…

… and finally, when dressed properly, you can also visit some very exclusive clubs whith geishas.

If you decide your budget will not withstand an expense of a few thousand bucks on your kimono, but you are desperate to attract some young pretty Japanese ladies, you may still have good chances when trying some other approaches (eg. getting dressed like Dick Tracy).
